Bhubaneswar, Ap 22: The heatwave conditions prevailed across Odisha on Monday due to a high temperature.
According to the Regional Meteorological Office here, Bhadrak: 35.6°C, Balasore: 35.4°C, Phulbani: 34.6°C, Bhubaneswar: 34.4°C, Cuttack: 34.2°C, Keonjhar: 34°C, Baripada: 34°C, Kendrapara: 33.4°C, Rourkela: 33.4°C, Chandbali: 33.2°C, Puri: 33°C, Sonepur: 32.4°C, Titlagarh: 32.4°C, and Jagatsinghpur: 32.2°C.
Owing to the intense heatwave conditions across Odisha, the State Government had yesterday declared early summer vacation in all schools. The summer vacation will begin on April 25.
However, morning classes will continue in government, government-aided, and private schools from 6:30 am to 10:30 am till April 24.
