Heat wave to continue in State for next 5 days

Bhubaneswar: Heat wave conditions will continue to prevail in western Odisha for the next five to six days, predicted weathermen here on Monday.
According to them, while 11 places recorded temperature over 40 degree Celsius yesterday, many places are also sizzling with high temperature today.
Meanwhile, the regional Meteorological office here has issued heat wave warning to six western Odisha districts. They are Subarnapur, Boudh, Bolangir, Jharsuguda and Sambalpur.
Northwester is likely to occur at many places in the State today, they said.
