Hanging body of youth with tied feet found in Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda, Nov 29: A youth was found hanging from an electric tower in Brajrajnagar area of Jharsuguda district on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Kailash Gouda, who was working as a home guard in Lajkura coal mines and a resident of Durga Nagar area in Brajrajnagar. According to the report, some locals spotted the body of Kailash hanging from an electric tower in the Mandalia area of Brajrajnagar and informed the police. It was also found that his feet were tied which indicates some foul play. Police along with a scientific team reached the spot and recovered the body. Subsequently, the body was sent for the post-mortem. Further investigation is underway to unearth the exact reason behind the death of the victim, said a police official.
