Bhanjanagar, Jan 23: A samiti member aspirant of Jagannathprashad panchayat samiti has moved Court against rejection of his nomination.  The candidate, Kabiraj Behera has alleged that his nomination has been rejected illegally, based on caste certificate. Sources said, Kabiraj Behera had filed nomination as a samiti member for the Jagannathprasahad panchayat Samiti as an aspirant for the post of Chairman. Meanwhile, the election officer rejected it citing fault in the caste certificate, filed by Behera. Following this, his rival BJD candidate, Judhistir Sethi was elected un-contested. Acting on it, Behera moved the court and prayed to validate his nomination and make the election process null and void.
