Washington, Feb 24: US President Joe Biden has said that G7 nations have agreed on ‘devastating packages of sanctions’ against Russia. While delivering his remarks on the Russian military actions in Ukraine from the White House late at night on Thursday, Biden said that Russia’s attack on Ukraine is pre-planned affair. Responding to the Russia’s military action, Biden condemned the extreme actions of the sub-continent citing it unjustified and unprovoked.
