Cuttack, Aug 18: The floodwater flow receded near Mundali to 10,18,000 Cusecs by around 6 am on Thursday. The water level was recorded above 11 lakh Cusecs near Mundali yesterday night. As per the reports, 9,07,500 and 8,70,000 cusecs of water have been discharged from Baramula and Khairamala, respectively. The water level of Devi River receded at Bauriakona. At present, the water level stands at 5.58m as against the danger mark of 4.93m. On the other hand, the water level in Debi River at Dalei Ghai is at 57.40 feet against the danger level of 57 feet, at Macchagaon, the water level is at 14.7 feet against the danger level of 14 ft and at Ali Pigal, it is at 11.3 m against the danger level at 11.76m.
