Fire engulfs fruit market in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, Jan 24: A fire broke out in the vending zone located near Kalpana Square fly over, gutting most of the shops on the stretch last night.
More than 25 fruit shops located in the area were destroyed before fire tenders could reach the spot.
Short circuit is suspected to be the reason behind the incident.
The plastic craters and foam baskets used for keeping fruits caught fire and the flames spread quickly.
