Puri, April 25: Fifth lot of wood logs meant for raths craft has reached Puri on Monday. As many as 114 wood logs have been fetched from the Nayagarh forest division in the afternoon. Sources said,the fifth load of wood logs laden in two trucks reached the Puri Grand Road today. The loads containing 10, 20 and 40 feet long icluding Asan, Dhauranja and Fasi woods were received by a section of servitors near the Rathkhala(workshop) after performing a special ritual. {"id":40310,"sizeSlug":"full","linkDestination":"none"} Notable, at least 865 wood logs are essential for crafting the three Chariots for the Trinity and his siblings. Of this, as many as 228 wood logs have been fetched so far. The remaining wood logs will be brought from the Nayagarh forest before the Akshya Tritiya, said a senior servitor.
