New Delhi, October 5:  Exit polls for the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections predict a significant victory for the Congress, indicating a massive shift from the BJP, which has ruled the state for the past two terms. According to various pollsters:

Republic Bharat-Matrize predicts that the Congress could win between 55-62 seats, while the BJP may be reduced to 18-24 seats. The JJP might get 0-3 seats, and the INLD is expected to perform slightly better with 3-6 seats.

People's Pulse forecasts 49-61 seats for Congress, 20-32 seats for the BJP, and 1-3 seats for the INLD. The JJP is projected to fail in securing any seat.

Dhruv Research projects a Congress victory with 50-64 seats, while the BJP may secure 20-32 seats. Other parties, including AAP, are not expected to win any seats.

Dainik Bhaskar predicts a Congress win with 44-54 seats and the BJP getting 15-29 seats. AAP could potentially win 0-1 seats.

The magic number for forming the government is 46 seats, and Congress seems set to comfortably cross this threshold. The voting in Haryana took place in a single phase on October 5, with voter turnout recorded at 64.1% till the close of polls, likely to increase after the final count.
