Drugs on cruise case: NDPS court disposes of NCB plea against interference in Aryan Khan case

Mumbai, Oct 25: The Special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) Court on Monday disposed of an application of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) seeking directions against interference in the drugs-on-cruise case. The Special Court said that the matter is already before the Bombay High Court in the form of bail application, the agency should move to the HC for proper direction in this regard. The Mumbai HC is scheduled to hear the bail pleas filed by Aryan Khan (23) and his co-accused Munmun Dhamecha in the case on Tuesday. The NCB has arrested a total of 20 people in the case so far following raid on an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on October 2.
