Drug and loot: Kendrapada man looted of 75K after taking lift from BBSR

Bhubaneswar, Feb 03: Miscreants have looted Rs 75,000 by offering lift to a person from Bhubaneswar to Kendrapada. In this regard, a complaint has been lodged by the victim at Saheed nagar Police Station.. As per the report, the victim identified as Biren Parida of Rajkanika, Kendrapada district. On February 1, Biren had returned from Bengaluru and was waiting for a ride to his hometown. After some time, a few persons arrived in a car and provide a lift to him. Later on the way, they gave Biren, a refreshing drink. After drinking that, Biren felt unconscious. As he fell unconscious after consuming the drink, the miscreants looted the money and dropped Biren near Chhatia. After regaining his consciousness he managed to reach Bhubaneswar and lodged a complaint in this regard
