Bhubaneswar: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan reached Bhograi in Balasore district this morning to attend the BJP’ Jana Paramarsha Padayatra Dehurada gram panchayat under the block.
According to schedule, Pradhan would join the rally to begin from a Hanuman Temple at Nuhuni village in the panchayat. He is also scheduled to attend another rally in Rajkanika block in Kendrapada district in the afternoon.
According to party sources, Pradhan would attend the Jan Paramarsha rally in four districts, Balasore and Kendrapada and Bargarh and Ganjan on two days on December 14 and 15, respectively.
Notably, the saffron party is now holding the Jana Paramarsha Rally in 37,606 booths spread across 51,000 villages. Leaders are making people of failures of the Naveen Patnaik Government during the last 19 years and various welfare programmes undertaken by the Narendra Modi Government, informed Mohapatra.
On Saturday, Pradhan will hold a rally, to be taken from Satibhata Chhak to Badapadia, under Padmapur Assembly constituency in Bargarh distirict. He will later attend another rally in Bhishmagiri gram panchayat under Ganjam district’s Degapahandi block in the afternoon.
Pradhan would address public meetings and seek advice from common people for building a new Odisha, said Mohapatra.
