New Delhi, Sept 11: In a significant step toward empowering persons with disabilities, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan alongside Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev released a value-based book titled ‘Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education’ at the India International Centre in New Delhi.
The book has been authored by Dr. Premananda Mishra and Dr. K. Srinivas Reddy, both esteemed educators from the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (Divyangjan), Dehradun,
