Bhubaneswar: Union Minister and senior BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan today participated in the party’s ongoing ‘Jabab Maguchi Odisha’ movement and addressed a public rally in Dharapur Gram Panchayat in Bari area in Jajpur district.
Addressing a rally, Pradhan came down heavily on the State Government for failing to provide houses, drinking water and electricity to the poor.
The Union Minister blasted the State Government for massive vacant doctors’ posts and lack of basic amenities like drinking water, quality electricity and minimum infrastructure for quality education in the district.
Claiming that the Central Government has allotted funds for 10 lakh houses in Odisha and sanctioned around 63,000 houses under PMAY for Jajpur district, the Union Minister alleged that deserving people are yet to get the same due to rampant corruption and PC culture in State.
He also urged the people to be part of Jabab Maguchi Odisha and seek replies from the State Government on various issues which, the party alleged, the BJD Government has failed to deliver despite being in the power for 19 years.
