Devotee donates gold ornaments to Puri Jagannath temple

Puri, Feb 5: A devotee today donated ornaments made up of gold to Jagannath temple in Puri. The Chief Administrator of Srimandir, D Krishan Kumar received the donation on behalf of the temple. Officials said that t102 grams of gold have been used in making of the ornament which will be offered to Maa Lakshmi. The gold ornaments will be used during several rituals of the goddess. Earlier, a man named Padmacharan Patra of Bhubaneswar donated three sets of gold Sun, Moon ornaments to the Jagannath temple.
