Delhi Covid guidelines: Private offices, dine-in facilities in restaurants closed

New Delhi, Jan 11: As Covid cases in Delhi continue to surge, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has directed that all private offices shall be closed exempted category. All private offices have been instructed to follow work from home. Under the exempted category, private banks, insurance companies, courier services, non-banking financial corporations and companies engaged in essential services will remain open. The DDMA has also directed that the dine-in service in restaurants and bars will be discontinued. However, restaurants will be allowed only home delivery/takeaway of food items. Officers have been advised to ensure that people wear masks and adhere to social distancing norms in markets and public places to break the chain of transmission.
