Bhubaneswar, Mar 12: The day temperature in Odisha is likely to increase by 2 to 3 degree Celsius in the next four to five days, informed the Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar.
On the other hand, dry weather is likely to prevail across the state for the next five days, it added.
In the last 24 hours, eight places in Odisha recorded temperature above 35 degree Celsius. Boudh recorded the highest temperature of 37.5 degree followed by 37.1 degree at Angul.
It was followed by 37 degree each at Talcher, Sonepur, Titilagarh, and Balangir.
The twin cities Bhubaneswar and Cuttack recorded a temperature of 35.9 degree and 35.2 degree Celsius respectively.
