Bhubaneswar: Train movement has been disrupted in Rayagada district as cracks were marked on railway tracks at Singapur Road railway station early this morning.
For this, the Koraput-Sambalpur passenger train has been halted for hours.
According to reports, some railway employees could mark the cracks on the track 1 and informed the Station Master stopped the passenger train. Now, railway employees are repairing the cracks. After repair, trains will run normally.
Notably, such a crack had been marked in the district a month back and the Hirakhand Express had miraculously escaped an accident.
