Odisha youth claims of getting vaccination certificate from CoWin website without any jab

Bhubaneswar, May 12: A vaccination certificate is of great importance for the commuters now. Meanwhile, a youth of Jajpur has indicated towards a mistake in the CoWin portal. Subhendu Pati of Jajpur town has acquired vaccination certificate without having a jab of Covid vaccine. He came to know it, when he logged in the CoWin portal on Tuesday in order to enroll himself for vaccination. As per his complain, Subhendu was working as a contractual data entry operator in Jajpur district headquarters hospital in 2020. Meanwhile, he had submitted his identification details to register for Covid vaccine. However, his term ended in December 2020, and he walked out. Subhendu discovered his name on May 11 among the people who have already vaccinated, when he logged in the CoWin portal for new registration. Subhendu alleged, the portal holds his certificates which mentioned that he had received the two doses of Covid vaccine. As a result, he could not enroll his name for vaccination.
