COVID-19: Google India asks Bengaluru employees to work from home after one tested positive

Bengaluru, Mar 13: Google India has asked its employees of Bengaluru office to work from home tomorrow after an employee was diagnosed with coronavirus. The company has also asked the other employees, who came in touch with the COVID-19 positive colleague to quarantine themselves. After Mindtree and Dell, it is the third tech firm to have employee with COVID-19 positive. Notably, India recorded its first case of coronavirus death in Karnataka toady after the State Health Department confirmed that the 76-year-old man from Kalaburagi who passed away on Tuesday tested positive. The man had returned from Saudi Arabia, had died on Tuesday night.
