Corona touches the plateau state in Odisha : DMET

Bhubaneswar, April 26: The state of Corona infection in Odisha has almost touched the plateau level. It is for its symmetrical caseload within the  last five days,said Director of Medical Education and Training(DMET) CBK Mohanty today. He said the number of Corona positive cases per day remains the same for the last five consecutive days. The state indicates the transit of Corona infection towards saturation, which is called as Plateau stage according to the medical terminology.  It is an indication of weaker infection. However, he appealed to people to abide by Covid-19 protocol strictly in the incubation period of the fatal virus.    On the other hand, the Health and Family welfare department is well equipped with all medical facilities to contain the resurging second wave of  Corona.
