Bhubaneswar: In an incident of deteriorating law and order, a contractor was shot at three rounds of bullet by miscreants at Brajarajnagar in Jharsuguda distrct early this morning.

The victin, identified as Gudu Gupta, has been admitted to the Jharsuguda District Headquarters Hospital in a critical condition.

Business rivalry is suspected to be the main reason behind the attack.

Police have reached the spot and started investigations.
