Kalahandi, Jan 13: Members of student and youth Congress today showed black flags to three Odisha Ministers Sushant Singh, Dibya Shankar Mishra, Tukuni Sahu and BJD MLA Pranab Prakash Das near Nakatiguda Square here.

The Congress workers showed flags to the Ministers and MLA, who were on a visit to the district, alleging lack of development in Kalahandi district.
