Congress Chintan Shivir all set to start: Focus on change in organization, action plan for next Lok Sabha elections

New Delhi, May 13: Congress' three-day Chintan Shivir which is all set to begin on Friday in Udaipur that will run for three days from today. Congress will brainstorm here for three days on the continuous defeat. In the Chintan Shivir, the entire focus of the Congress will be on the change in the organization and the action plan for the next Lok Sabha elections. Chintan Shivir involving about 430 representatives from across the country will start with Sonia Gandhi's address at 2 pm today. There will be a round of discussions in different groups on various issues till today and tomorrow evening. Then the proposal which will be prepared will be stamped in the Congress Working Committee meeting on May 15, according to party sources. Sources informed that six groups have been formed for Chintan Shivir. Every group will have 60 to 70 people. During the program, the Congress leaders will discuss the Centre-State relationship, the situation of the northeastern states, the Jammu and Kashmir issue, and communal polarization, said sources. On the part of the organisation committee, the national, state, district and block level reforms will be discussed but most importantly, the "One Family One Ticket" strategy is also on the agenda for discussion aiming for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
