Bhubaneswar, Nov 5: In a bid to check rampant corruption and prevail transparency in the Registrar and Sub-Registrar offices across the state, the Odisha government is all set to effect a complete reshuffle of the subordinates of these offices.

The Revenue & Disaster Management Department has isued an order to transfer all the ministerial employees of the registration offices across the state.

According to the notifications, Additional Chief Secretary of the department D K Singh has issued a communication to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) instructing him to effectuate transfer of ministerial staff completing three years of service in the offices of district Registrar/Sub-Registrar including the Data Entry Operators(DEO) of system integrators within a period of seven days.
