Bhubaneswar, Sep 26: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, who is in New Delhi, will chair a meeting over video conferencing to review the preparedness in view of cyclone Gulab. The Chief Minister will review the cyclone preparedness at 11:30 am. Chief Secretary SC Mohapatra, Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) PK Jena and district Collectors of likely to be affected districts will attend the meeting. The cyclonic storm Gulab is likely to make landfall by midnight, informed India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday. “The cyclonic storm is likely to move nearly westwards and cross north Andhra Pradesh-south Odisha coasts between Kalingapatnam and Gopalpur around midnight of September 26,” informed Odisha Special Relief Commissioner PK Jena on Twitter.
