Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today handed over appointment letters to at least 92 new engineers in Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd (OPTCL).
This was the fifth induction programme of new employees in the OPTCL. He urged the newly recruited engineers to give them their best for the growth of OPTCL as well as Odisha power sector.
“I am happy to note that since 2010, OPTCL has recruited at least 1,752 professionals from various disciplines,” said Patnaik.
The Chief Minister also called upon the new entrants to follow the 3T mantra.
“There is no substitute to teamwork and hard work. I urge the new recruits to follow the 3T Mantra of the State Government- Teamwork, Transparency and technology. With this, we will definitely achieve our goal of providing quality, secure and reliable power to the people of Odisha,” said Patnaik. Energy Secretary Hemant Dharma was also present.
