CM announces Rs 50 Cr for development of tourist spots in Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal, Nov 20: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, during his visit to Dhenkanal district for inaugurating various development projects, announced Rs 50 crore package for the development of grand tourist spots in Dhenkanal district, on Saturday. The famous Shiv Shrine, Kapilas along with other scenic places of the district are to be developed with the funds. Dhenkanal MLA expressed his heartfelt gratitude over the CM’s decision. He said, the funds will not only help in the development of Dhenkanal’s tourist places, but also attract more tourists to the city. Moreover, it will also help the local people who depend on tourism business for their livelihood.
