Angul, Dec 4: In a tragic road-mishap, at least two persons were killed and one sustained critical injuries after a car collided with a truck in Angul district. The identity of one deceased is yet to be identified, while the other one is a resident of Jarasingha village. According to the report, a car-truck collided head-on on State Highway-63 near Jindal Steel And Power Limited under Nisha police limits in Angul. As a result, two persons succumbed to the injuries on the spot while one sustained critical injuries. They were rushed to Angul hospital for medical aid. Later, the injured was shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack as his condition deteriorated. Meanwhile, police have launched a probe into the matter.
