Bhubaneswar:  In a tragic mishap, two persons were killed as a motorcycle and a bus collided head-on near Dashapalla town in Nayagarh district early this morning.

The two deceased were identified as Bishwajit Pradhan and Krushna Nayak.

They were going on a bike from Daspalla to Bolangir on a bike when a bus coming from the opposite side hit it on the front. The two were rushed to a hospital where doctors declared them dead.

Police have reached the spot and started investigation.
