Burglary from Jeweler in Bhubaneswar: CCTV under scanner

Bhubaneswar, Dec 6: Police have verified the CCTV footage of Delta square in order to find clues regarding burglary from the Jeweler which was committed on Sunday. A team of Commissionerate police has scanned the hard discs of the CCTV installed in the vicinity of the Delta square to find clues related to the burglary. Earlier on Sunday, the jewelry shop located at Delta square in Bhubaneswar was burgled. Miscreants looted jewelry goods worth over one crore, including one-kilogram gold ornaments, 10 kg silver ornaments with Rs 1.5 lakh cash, breaking open the shutter and iron grill of the shop. Acting on the FIR, police undertook an investigation after a spot verification. Continuous raids are on, to reach the looters, said an investigation officer.
