Keonjhar, July 3: After unleashing terror in the busy streets of twin city Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, the ‘Black Pulsar’ gang now seems to have become active in Odisha’s Keonjhar district.

A Black Pulser gang looted Rs 4 lakh after breaking the luggage box of a bike near Patna tehsil on Tuesday.   

Bhaktabandhu Mohanty had parked his bike after withdrawing the money from Bank of India.

The police have started an investigation to nab the looters.
