BJP leaders perform last rites of Covid infected differently abled youth in Bargarh

Padmapur, May 30: BJP leaders of Krushak Morcha in Bargarh have shown their human side by performing the last rites of a differently abled youth suffering from Covid-19 in the district. According to the reports, the deceased identified as Ramesh Dixit (18), son of Bijay Dixit of Paikamal village was undergoing treatment at hospital after testing positive for Covid-19. He breathed his last at the hospital this morning but the relatives and neighbours refused to help in performing the last rites fearing the spread of the virus. On finding out about the same, the leader of BJP’s Krushak Morcha of Bargarh district, Srikanta Mishra along with his associates went to Ramesh’s house wearing PPE kits and performed his last rites in the cremation ground.
