Biju Patnaik birth anniversary: Rare photos of the visionary statesman

Bhubaneswar, Mar 5: Odisha today is celebrating the 105th birth anniversary of Biju Patnaik, former Chief Minister, visionary statesman and inspiration of 4.5 crore Odias. He twice served as Chief Minister of Odisha from 1961 to 1963.
