Soro, Feb 8: Armed dacoits looted Rs 50,000 from a house at Badagon village under Soro police limits on Sunday night, police said.

Soro police said, a four-member dacoit gang broke into Sujit Mallick’s house in late last night.

They threatened the family members with sword and hacked executed the loot bid.

They hacked Sujit as he tried to raise an alarm by shouting.

On the complaint of Mallick, police visited the spot and initiated due inquiry into it.
