After the arrest of Archana, her hubby Jagabandhu and her prime aide Khageswar, the ED has taken over the part of the money laundering and illegal transactions of blackmail queen Archana Nag to probe. At the same time, the Central agency summoned Odia film producer Akshay Parija and made a framework to interrogate Archana in her cell at the Jharapada jail in due time. Apart from it, a team of the ED conducted a raid at Archana’s palatial building at Satya Vihar and the house of Khageswar at Khordha, from where two cars and some important papers on Archana’s illegal assets were seized. During the interrogation of Khageswar, who was managing an automobile showroom backed by Archana, the ED got a number of leads regarding the illegal business of Archana Nag and her accomplices. The interrogation revealed Archana had purchased a Ford Endeavour Car paying Rs 33 lakh cash. Apart from it, Archana and Jagabandhu were using two higher version cars, a Hyundai I10 car and a Mahindra Thar jeep, which were found parked before Archana’s building. However, the Ford Endeavour car which was the prime quest for the ED was subsequently concealed by some miscreants and was recovered late at night on Saturday, from a secluded place in the Mancheswar area. {"id":225997,"width":837,"height":364,"sizeSlug":"full","linkDestination":"none"} Being informed, the police and ED officials initiated investigations to ascertain, who left the car at the isolated place and why, while Archana, Jagabandhu and Khageswar are behind the bars.
