‘Anwesha’ turns mother kitchen for the underprivileged

Bhubaneswar, May 25: A girls’ unity in the aegis of Anewsha has turned mother kitchen for the underprevileged during this Covid pandemic. They are providing cooked food to the underprivileged people in Bhubaneswar. A team of volunteering girls are preparing homey food out of their pocket and distributing in the slums, leprosy colonies and on the streets. Sources said, a team led by the founder member of Jantu Foundation Ipsita Sahu distiributed 400 food packets in Unit-3 leprosy colony and as many as 200 packets to the third genders at Shantipalli near Satyanagar of the city. We are going to take care of stray animal and free medical oxygen assistance to the needy ones soon, said Supreeti Nathsharma.
