Koraput, June 11: Andhra Pradesh officials have conducted a mining survey in Odisha’s Kotia area on Saturday. The incident came to the fore while a number of Andhra Pradesh officials were spotted around the  Galigadara village in the morning equipped with survey and mining related logistics. Sources said the locals of Kotia discovered a handful of Andhra sponsored officers who were found working out on a soil conservation project and a mining survey in the Galigadara  village forest. The team was also seen measuring some forest lands with technical devices which is expected as a mining survey. Following this, the natives of the Kotia group of villages anticipated another plot of the Andhra Pradesh officials to extract mining resources from the Odisha territory illegally.
