Andhra conspires to play language-based politics in Kotia ! Social outfits to hit back

Koraput, Aug 9: Andhra Pradesh is all set to play language-based politics around the Kotia group of villages in Koraput. The malafide intention of neighbouring Andhra Pradesh came to fore when the Chairperson of Loksatta Party Visetty Babaji visited Kotia area. On the other hand, local leaders including Pottangi MLA Pritam Padhi, Jeypore MLA Tara Prasad Bahinipati hinted about strong protest to Andhra. Firebrand Congress leader Bahinipati warned of bloodbath in the area if Andhra government goes ahead with its plan. Similarly,Pottangi MLA Padhi said,'Andhra Pradesh government would face violent reaction against its ulterior design'. However, Koraput District Administration has expressed its ignorance on the matter.District Collector Abdaal M. Akhtarsaid the administration has received no correspondence from the Andhra Pradesh government in this connection. 'On the other hand, if the Independence Day is observed with much funfare by the locals and district administration in Kotia area, it will naturally weaken the ill efforts of Andhra Pradesh', said convener ‘Mo Kotia’ organization,Gadadhar Parida who is the former Collector of Koraput.
