All women Customer Care Centre of TPWODL inaugurated at Sambalpur

Sambalpur, April 6: An all-women customer care centre of Tata Power Western Odisha Distribution Limited (TPWODL), has been inaugurated in presence of CEO Gajanan Kale and higher management of the organization by Dibya Jyoti Parida, Sambalpur Collector at Kalibadi, VSS Marg. The centre will cater to electricity consumer complaints, issues and it is equipped with a queue management machine, digital payment kiosk, and there are also agents to provide one to one customer services. The consumers can also pay their monthly dues in any of the mode. “ This is another step in the right direction to provide customer service, this centre is first of its kind and there will be several such centres in all over the territory. There will be 9 such centres at different places and the ones at Rajgagpur, Rourkela, Baragarh, Bolangir and Bhawanipatna are in under construction and they also will be ready within next 2 months,” said an official.
