Bolangir, Sept 28: The death of emerging singer and album actress Jasmin Majhi of Ghuchapali village under Khaprakhol police limits has raised several questions. Jasmin, who was undergoing treatment at Burla, died late on Sunday night after allegedly consuming acid used for cleaning tiles on September 25.

Police have registered an unnatural death case and launched an investigation. The exact circumstances that led to the incident remain unclear.
