Ahead of by-election, CM Naveen to address Pipili residents

Bhubaneswar, Feb 23: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will talk to the people of the Pipili constituency today.
According to reports, the Chief Minister will be addressing the Pipili residents at 11 am through video conferencing.
The CM will review the progress development works in the area.
