Bhubaneswar, May 24: Adhyatma Nayak of Zoology department topped the annual undergraduate examination of Rama Devi Women's University, Bhubaneswar, the results of which were published recently.
Nayak stood first in the university by securing 9.64 CGPA. Of the total 6,805 students appeared in the examination, 6021 cleared the test while the remaining 784 were unsuccessful. Similarly, Smrutipragnya Jena of education department in the arts stream scored 9.46 CGPA while Laxmipriya Das of Commerce scored 9.05 CGPA.
In post graduation course, as many as 706 students had appeared the examination of which 649 candidates cleared the papers successfully with pass percentage of 91.9 percent. Biotechnology student Lopita Mohapatra topped the successful candidates by scoring 9.62 CGPA.
All the 50 students those appeared the Bed examination have cleared the examination.
Srabani Ganguli and Priyanka Panda have topped the arts and science stream respectively.
