ACS of Revenue Department visits Kotia: Reviews welfare projects

Koraput, June 24: Acting on the frequent intervention of Andhra Pradesh officials in the Kotia group of villages in Koraput, Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue visited the Kotia area on Friday. The ACS, Satyabrata Sahu took stock of the administrative interference of Andhra Pradesh in the Odisha territory and reviewed welfare projects in the locality. Sources said that,the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. P Rajanna Dora had visited the Kotia group of villages a while ago with some political agendas. Anticipating it a new conspiracy in view of Kotia dispute, Sahu visited the Kotia and nearby villages and discussed with the locals regarding their inconveniences.Meanwhile, he visited the Adarsha Vidyalaya,newly set up in the Kotia area and interacted with the boarders. Apart from it, Sahu reviewed various developmental works meant for community development in the Kotia group of villages and discussed with the district Collector and other district level officers to work out on the government's plethora of projects for the locals.
