A girl from Nayagarh now a Principal Scientist at New Delhi

By dint of her perseverance and sheer determination, a girl from Nayagarh district, has reached the pinnacle. Dr. Susama Sudhishri is now holding the prestigious post of Principal Scientist in Indian Agricultural Research Institute at New Delhi, the highest research body in Agriculture at the national level. Daughter of Narayan Dalbehera, a resident of Jagdishprasad village  under Golapokhari block in Nayagarh district, she has passed the highest degree in Agriculture after passing primary, secondary and higher secondary education from Nayagarh. A gold medalist from Indian Agricultural Research Institute, she is a recipient of special research award at the national level. Along with her present assignments she is working as a visiting professor in the Columbus Ohio State University. Spectacularly, as many as 140 research theses have been contributed by her to national and internationally accredited journals.
