Mathura, April 10: In a tragic incident, at least 6 went missing in the Yamuna River on Friday after a boat capsized in the mid water.

The boat accident occurred in the Yamuna near the Kesi Ghat in Vrindavan when a boat collided with a floating (pipa) bridge and capsized.

According to report, around 25 pilgrims and locals were on board while the mishap took place due to the collision.

One person has been rescued so far, while search operations for others are underway.

Police, local administration, and divers are conducting a massive rescue operation in the water.
