3 from Sundergarh among eight Covid-19 death cases

Bhubaneswar, Jan 26: Odisha reported eight Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, informed the Health and Family Welfare department. The death toll in the State rises to 8,550 following the report of patients who succumbed to the virus. Out of the eight Covid deaths, three deaths have been reported from Sundargarh district and one from Bhubaneswar. Details of cases confirmed as death due to Covid-19, after due completion of the death audit process: 1.A 80 years old Male of Balasore District who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, Cerebro Vascular Accident. 2.A 82 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Carcinoma in Lung with Metastasis. 3.A 64 years old Female of Keonjhar District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension. 4.A 45 years old Male of Koraput District who was also suffering from Bronchial Asthma. 5.A 45 years old Female of Rayagada District. 6.A 75 years old Male of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Hypertension. 7.A 38 years old Female of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypothyroidism, Rheumatic Heart Disease. 8.A 55 years old Female of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Hypertension.
