Rayagada: In an unfortunate incident, two minor brothers were drowned to death while taking bath at Kushuku village under Seshakhala police limits in Rayagada district today.

The deceased have been identified as Panchu Nimmaka and Nibenu Nimmaka.

According to sources, the incident took place when the two minor siblings went to a nearby pond to take bath. Unfortunately, they slipped into deep water and drowned.

A pall of gloom descended on the village following the incident.
