18 villages of Jeypore have no Corona patient so far

Jeypore, June 11: As many as 18 villages in Jeypore under Koraput district have not seen a single Corona case so far. The villages belong to Bariniput gram panchayat under Jeypore block. The villages have been identified as Dangarabeda, Lathiguda, Chhadapadar, Lachhipadar, Jirupadar, Narapadar, Bagra, Nuaguda, Mahulbhhata, Sindiguda, M Maliput, B Maliput, Godiguda, Kadamguda, Kenduguda, Silabai Colony, Cement store colony and Naduguda. Fortunately, all these villages have been Corona free area amid the Corona waves while the nearby grampanchayats suffer a lot for the pandemic. On the other hand, as many as 41 Corona patients have been found in the Bariniput village within the second wave of Corona. Apart from it, in the rest 12 villages of the gram panchyat Corona infection is surging high. According to the locals of the Corona free villages, they are living mostly in the hilly areas and don’t move for the distant places without any urgent work. At the same time, they have no wide scope for testing at convenient places. However, they deal with Corona like symptoms with homey herbs and shrubs. Despite, they maintain all the protocols for Corona and adopt Corona appropriate behavior in their daily lives.
