12-hr bandh disrupts normal life in W Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Normal life has been disrupted in several parts of western Odisha as a 12-hour bandh is being observed by the Koshal Coordination Committee to press for creation of a separate Koshal State.
According to information, bandh is underway in Boudh, Sundargarh, Athamallick areas.
Schools, colleges, shops and bazaars have been closed. Silmilraly, vehicular movement has been disrupted as activists have blocked roads at different places.
Adequate police personnel have been deployed to ensure that no law and order happens during the bandh.
